Credit Card Verification Number (CCV). The Credit Card Verification (CCV) Number is printed on your credit card and provides you with extra security. The location of the number varies from card to card:

  • Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard: Several digits are printed in the signature area on the back of your card. The last three digits make up the CCV Number.
  • American Express: Above the card number on the front of the card are four non-embossed digits. They make up the CCV Number.

About ordering

Here's some points about ordering.

  1. If you have selected items while browsing the site, they should appear here. If you haven't selected anything, you can write us what you want in the Message box.
  2. Please note that you will only be charged (credit card) for items when we send them to you. Some items might not be in stock when you place your order, and we will need to order them in from a distributor or wherever we get the stock from. In these cases, you will charged when the stock is on hand again and ready to send. Again, you will not be charged for item we don't send to you.
  3. We try to keep the prices as accurate as possible, but due to the fluctuations in exchange rates and shipping costs, some prices might be out of date. We will inform you of any differences in price.
  4. All prices include GST.
  5. You need to supply a valid e-mail address.
  6. This is a secure order form. Your browser should be able to confirm that by displaying an appropriate icon (usually a closed padlock or key in the bottom right-hand corner of the window) or an alert if the preferences are set to do so.
  7. Postage and handling within Australia is $1.50 for 1 CD, $3 for 2, $4 for 3–4 CDs. $1.50 for a DVD, and $3 for a video, t-shirt or zine. With vinyl orders 1–4 LPs is $8. For 1–4 7-inches, add $3 for anywhere in Australia.
    International postage is $5 for a CD anywhere in the world. We will generally charge whatever the standard airmail charge is.
  8. All personal data you submit will be transmitted and stored in an encrypted form. Credit-card numbers are not stored longer than required.
